Turkish Tradition

A lovely twist on the bouquet toss that seems to be going out of vogue. So many brides have suffered through being singled out as being single enough times that they are sparing their friends that little moment of public prounouncement of their relationship status. So instead...

A lovely tradition from Turkey, via MSW.
"Try a who-will-marry-next tradition that Turkish brides have been practicing for generations. Before you start down the aisle, have your single bridesmaids (or any female friends or relatives who've yet to marry) autograph the sole of your bridal shoe. After you've danced the night away...legend has it that the person whose name has faded the most will be the next to marry."
